Erik Railton is a self-taught painter currently living and working in Portland, Oregon. Working within a space somewhere between abstraction and representation, his work is informed by the colors, textures, and shapes of the natural world, influenced by his formative years growing up on the Oregon coast. His work has been shown in venues across Portland, Seattle, and San Francisco.
